Pricing questions
What is a credit?
100 credits are worth $1. Each video uses credits based on the model, its length and its resolution. For example, a 15-second Cliplee Motion clip at 480p shows an estimate of 75 credits; you are charged for the actual result, which is often lower.
How are credits charged?
You see a credit estimate before anything starts. A little more is held while the video is made, you are charged for the actual result (never more than the hold), and unused credits return at once. Longer videos made from several clips use the sum of their clips.
Do unused credits roll over?
Monthly plan credits roll over for one extra billing month, then expire. The oldest credits are used first. Free welcome credits are a one-time grant and do not renew.
Can I pay by card today?
Not yet. Online checkout is not open. Request access and we will confirm your plan and send an invoice; credits are added once a payment is received.
What happens if a generation fails?
Failed generations are not charged, and uncertain requests are reviewed instead of being retried automatically.
