Your account
Keep your sign-in details confidential and tell us promptly about any unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Your content
You keep your rights in the prompts, images and scripts you provide. You grant us the permissions needed to process them to provide the service, including sending them to AI providers to generate your videos.
Subject to these terms and the terms of the underlying model providers, you may use the videos you generate. You are responsible for ensuring your content and its use are lawful and that you have the rights and permissions needed, including consent from any person whose likeness or voice you use.
Acceptable use
You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Costs and credits
Generating video uses credits (100 credits are worth $1). Before each generation we show a credit estimate. Credits are held while the video is made; you are charged for the actual result, never more than the amount held, and the rest is returned. Failed generations are not charged.
Free accounts receive one-time welcome credits that do not renew. Paid plans add credits each paid billing month; unused monthly credits roll over for one extra month and then expire, and the oldest credits are used first. If a payment is refunded, the unused credits from that payment are removed. Online checkout is not yet available: plans and payment terms are confirmed with you in writing before you are charged.
AI output
AI-generated video can be inaccurate, unexpected or similar to content produced for others. Review results before relying on or publishing them.
Availability and liability
The service is provided "as is" during early access. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or put the service or others at risk. You may stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time.
