Affiliate Terms

These terms apply to everyone who joins the Cliplee affiliate program. The current commission, cookie window, payout minimum and other numbers are shown on cliplee.com/affiliates and in your affiliate dashboard; they are part of these terms.

Joining

Any Cliplee account holder aged 18 or older can apply. We may approve, refuse or end an affiliate account at our discretion. You are an independent promoter, not an employee, agent or partner of Cliplee, and you must not present yourself as speaking for Cliplee.

Referrals and commissions

A referral is a new customer who creates a Cliplee account within the cookie window after clicking your affiliate link, with cookies enabled. Each customer has at most one affiliate (the last link they clicked before signing up), and existing customers cannot be referred.

You earn the stated percentage of the payments a referred customer makes — on every payment for as long as they remain a paying customer, unless the program states a shorter period (such as a number of months, or the first payment only). Commissions are calculated on the amount actually paid, after discounts and excluding taxes, and only for payments we have received and verified.

A commission becomes payable after the hold period. If a payment is refunded, charged back or found to be fraudulent, its commission is cancelled — or, if it was already paid out, deducted from your next payout.

How you may promote Cliplee

Promote Cliplee honestly. You must not:

  • Send spam or unsolicited messages, or post your link where it is not welcome.
  • Make misleading claims about Cliplee, its features, prices or results, or offer discounts we have not approved.
  • Bid on "Cliplee" or similar terms in search or social ads, or use our name or logo in domain names or ads without written permission.
  • Refer yourself, your own accounts or people paid or rewarded to sign up, or create fake accounts.
  • Set cookies without a real click (cookie stuffing), use pop-ups or hidden links, or use any other fraudulent or deceptive method.
  • Promote Cliplee alongside content that breaks the Cliplee Usage Policy.

Payouts

You can request a payout when your payable balance reaches the minimum. We pay by the method you give us (bank transfer or Wise), usually within 30 days of your request, in US dollars. Payment fees charged by your bank or provider are yours. You are responsible for your own taxes, and we may ask for information needed to pay you or to meet legal obligations.

Changes and ending

We may change the program, its numbers or these terms. Changes apply to payments made after they take effect; we tell you about material changes in advance where practical. You can leave at any time. If you break these terms we may withhold unpaid commissions that resulted from the breach and close your affiliate account. Questions: [email protected].
