Information we collect
We collect only what we need to run the service:
- Account information: your name, email address and a securely hashed password.
- Content you provide: prompts, scripts, uploaded images and portraits, and the videos generated for you.
- Voice recordings you upload or record to create a voice clone, and the voice clone made from them. You can delete a voice at any time; its recordings are deleted with it.
- Usage and billing records: generation requests, estimated and actual costs, and credit history.
- Technical information: IP address, browser type and request logs used for security, rate limiting and troubleshooting.
- Messages you send us through the request-access or contact forms.
How we use information
We use your information to provide and secure the service: to create and store your videos, show your usage, prevent abuse, respond to you, and improve reliability. We do not sell your personal information and do not use your content to train AI models.
AI providers
To generate a video, your prompt or script, any images you choose to include, and (for voice features) your voice recordings are sent to the specialised AI model providers we use for video, avatar and voice generation. They process this content only to produce your video or voice, under their own terms and policies. A list of these sub-processors is available on request from [email protected].
Service providers
We use service providers for hosting, content delivery and security (including Cloudflare), file storage, and email. They process information only on our instructions and to provide their services to us.
Storage and retention
Your uploads and videos are private to your account and delivered only through authenticated downloads. You can delete videos and files at any time; deleted files are permanently removed shortly afterwards. You can also choose to have videos deleted automatically after a number of days. We keep account and billing records for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations.
Cookies and analytics
The Cliplee Studio uses one essential cookie to keep you signed in. The marketing website does not use advertising cookies. If we measure website traffic, we use privacy-focused analytics that do not use cookies to track you.
Security
We use encryption in transit, hashed passwords, encrypted storage of provider credentials, per-account access controls and rate limiting. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.
Your choices and rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your information, or close your account, by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, which we will honour.
